台灣漁民被菲律賓水警射殺，惹毛了許多台灣人，被惹毛了沒甚麼不對，
無論漁民是否闖入菲律賓海域，漁船不是軍艦、漁民也不是侵略者，
要處理一艘域闖的漁船，顯然有比殺人更有效率的方法，
光是這點，菲律賓水警與其被後的政府就該被譴責，
只是，有些人主張政府應強烈譴責菲律賓、甚至不惜一戰！這就傷腦筋了，
國際衝突很容易引發愚蠢的民族情感，
異質又互相獨立的個體被硬生生地綁起來、莫名其妙地被歸為朋友或敵人，
而這種歸類根本就沒有意義，
被殺的台灣漁民≠其他生活在台灣的人，
射殺台灣漁民的菲律賓水警≠其他生活在菲律賓的人，
而開戰的話，實質上就變成生活在台灣的人vs.生活在菲律賓的人的奇怪局面，
事實是，就算只採取比較溫和的所謂貿易制裁，受到最多懲罰的都是當事人以外的人，
和平、善良又努力工作的菲律賓人受到了懲罰，
跟本事件毫無關係、只不過剛好跟菲律賓人有合作關係的台灣人受到了懲罰，
需要菲律賓商品的台灣人或需要台灣商品的菲律賓人也受到了懲罰，
反倒是應該要負起責任的菲律賓政府沒甚麼差。
要是真的開戰了，被懲罰的無辜旁人就更多了，無論表面上誰勝誰負，
絕大部分的菲律賓人與台灣人都受到了懲罰，
上戰場的人為了毫無意義的紛爭失去了生命，其他人則損失了金錢與財產，
再次，應該要負起責任的菲律賓政府還是沒甚麼差，
畢竟，死的人大部分是菲律賓國民、耗損的金錢與資源同樣來自菲律賓國民，
也就是說，除了空洞的心靈舒爽感以外，根本沒有任何意義，
而開戰的費用拿來慰問家屬還比較划算－－並不是說國賠是合理的，只是比較成本。
只要能放下愚蠢的民族情感，就應該知道重點是「家屬的補償」，
最合理的結果應該是菲律賓政府道歉、然後由殺人的水警提供家屬的補償，
只是政府鮮少會這樣幹，所以第二合理的是由菲律賓政府進行補償，
為求單純，在此就暫時忽略由菲律賓政府補償＝懲罰倒楣的菲律賓納稅人這件事，
然而如果台灣政府達到以上目的所需的成本高於可爭取到補償，
那還不如台灣政府直接補償受害者家屬－－再次，暫且忽略倒楣納稅人的角色，
簡而言之，作為一個盡責的國防、保安與協調服務提供者，
台灣的政府應該以最小的成本達到最高的效益，在此，是替家屬爭取到最高的補償，
當然，全世界沒有哪個政府是盡責的國防、保安與協調服務提供者，
台灣政府提供的國防、保安與協調服務根本上爛得很，
你我之所以沒被中國或其他國家侵略，主要是美國重視台灣的戰略位置，
保安方面，無論是警察與軍隊，通常都保護不到你，走在街上或海上你都得自保，
至於協調服務，除非走投無路、否則沒有人會上法庭，法庭的協調不但昂貴、效率又低，
並不是說政府裡的人絕對是壞人，而是政府相關組織缺乏提供良好服務的動機，
這次的射殺事件，只是再度印證了政府沒有能力信守其承諾而已。
是說，假設菲律賓政府就是死不道歉、又不賠償，該怎麼辦？
就我看，不怎麼辦，
亂搞的是菲律賓政府、而非菲律賓人民，
無論是貿易制裁或開戰懲罰的都是菲律賓與台灣人民、而非該負責的菲律賓政府，
至於由台灣政府直接補償受害者家屬＝國賠，懲罰的則是台灣納稅人，
不過相較於貿易制裁或開戰，這懲罰已經是最便宜的了－－以政府行動的角度來說。
私人行動方面，
如果你真的這麼同情受害者家屬，直接提供其金錢或物資的援助，才是最合理的。
在那邊攪DDoS、期待政府下重手，都是沒意義的。
而如果你因為此事件全面性地討厭菲律賓，你當然可以排擠菲律賓的人事物，
你可以解雇你家的菲傭、排擠你認識的菲勞、拒買任何跟菲律賓進口或代工的產品，
如果這麼做讓你心靈感到舒爽，那就去做吧，雖然完全不合邏輯就是了。
