美國退役軍人管理當局提前終止了他的抗焦慮藥品，
在求助於醫院、卻沒有獲得任何幫助或藥品後，這讓他陷入極度的恐慌中，
他分不清楚他在哪、搞不清楚自己在幹嘛，他想開車回家、卻開到隔壁大樓的停車場，
他感到迷惑、不知所措，而這時他碰到了包括Jesus Arevalo在內的警察們，
Jesus Arevalo前來辦理一個疑似闖空門的案子，
即使沒有任何證據或理由顯示Stanley Gibson跟此案或其他犯罪行為有關連，
Jesus Arevalo等人仍決定圍住Stanley Gibson、進行盤問，
原本就處在不穩定狀態下的Stanley Gibson因而崩潰，他企圖逃走、但他逃不走，
他在車子裡不肯出來、警察與他僵持了將近半小時，
在這段時間裡，Jesus Arevalo等人大可查車牌、得知Stanley Gibson的身分與病情，
或者乾脆往後退一些、讓Stanley Gibson自己冷靜下來，

相反地，Jesus Arevalo等人先以豆袋彈－－用來取代散彈的非致命彈藥－－打破車窗，
再用辣椒噴霧制服Stanley Gibson，
在車窗破了之後，不知為何，Jesus Arevalo決定向Stanley Gibson開槍，
他往Stanley Gibson的後腦開了7槍－－Stanley Gibson隨後喪命，
Jesus Arevalo曾被多次申訴執法過當，
Stanley Gibson則只是個患有PTSD與癌症的退役軍人－－然而，他真有那麼無辜嗎？
時間拉到第一次波斯灣戰爭，在伊拉克宣佈撤出科威特後不久，
美國對一支正在撤退的伊拉克護衛隊展開攻擊，甚至使用了燃燒彈與貧化鈾彈，
散布在前後6英里公路上的，
是2千台被毀的車輛以及數不清破碎或熔解的屍塊，
Stanley Gibson的任務是清理現場，他在伊拉克軍人與更多平民的殘骸中度過了數天，
包括一對被燃燒彈融解、以至於屍首整個融合在一起的母子，
貧化鈾彈很可能是Stanley Gibson得癌症的原因，
荒謬又殘酷的工作與人間煉獄的體驗則可能造成他罹患PTSD，
而這一切的根源，是美國政府以解放為名、以政客私利為真正目的的荒謬戰爭，
正是同一個政府在毀了Stanley Gibson的人生後、沒有給他妥善的照顧，
也是同一個政府讓美國警察得以成為國家的鷹犬、直接助長了警方腐敗與暴力濫權，
而這不單是美國政府的故事，
這是每一個政府、每一個不受控制的暴力濫權、以及每一個受害於這個體制的人的故事。

"軍人" once left his own nation behind, must be no returning point; Stanley Gibson should have had said no ("軍人" is no one's slave, anyone who own more power more force than him dare see him like that powerful forceful authorized slave, he must have to do the duty to kill that powerful forceful authority on that crime scene immediately. Inside USA, no one can be allowed to have right to slave and/or be slaved; that how Condi Rice must be killed immediately for the crime she committed under world wide eyes to force that sucking former France President to see her like his Queen; she could slave that France President that most invisible way, how she must have had committed more worse slavery crimes on more less powerful less forceful Americans more invisible way? U.S.office once become questionable, must have to go to hide like die, or must be killed immediately) if he did not really want to go; once he left USA behind, he should no longer be U.S.Military but fight for righteous where ever he goes. That how all U.S.Military stationed out of U.S.Land must dismissed to go rebel to go civilian on that dismissing spot, or wearing stationed local uniform. Military has no right to be selfish, therefore, no right to care himself above absolute righteous rule.
