七大外資，同砍我今年GDP

繼主計處大幅下修台灣今年經濟成長率後，外資對國內景氣看法也更趨悲觀，總計有瑞信、高盛與瑞銀證券等七家外資券商，昨天同步再砍我國GDP預估數據，負成長幅度全都遠高於主計處的預估值，瑞信證券甚至大幅下修為負七．二％。外資並同聲看跌台幣匯率，這也顯示今年台灣的經濟情勢並不像馬政府所想的那麼樂觀。
看壞景氣，數據遠高於主計處
早在去年十月、十一月間，就已有多家外資券商把國內今年經濟成長率調降為負值；到了一月中旬，所有外資已經看法一致，認為今年負成長是跑不掉。主計處日前的最新預測，今年經濟成長將創史上最糟紀錄，印證外資之前看法並非是唱衰。
主計處前天公佈去年第四季經濟為負成長八．三六％，加上出口與民間投資劇烈衰退，七大外資機構包括：瑞信證券、巴黎證券、高盛證券、瑞銀證券、匯豐證券、摩根大通與德意志證券等，昨日繼續再往下調降今年台灣經濟成長率預測值。範圍介於負四．二％至負七．二％之間，都高於主計處修訂後的負二．九七％。
出口崩盤，瑞信證券下修最多
其中，下修幅度最大為瑞信證券，從原本預估的負一．一％調降至負七．二％，下調了六．一個百分點。瑞信證券指出，台灣去年第四季經濟衰退幅度比預期還要嚴重，展望今年，受到出口貿易崩盤影響，台灣經濟將難有起色。
巴黎證券今年一月中旬，才將台灣經濟成長率調降為負三．三％，但昨天受到主計處大幅下修影響，也把經濟成長率下拉至負六．六％。高盛證券則指出，由於去年第四季出口、進口和投資同步急劇下滑，並出現連續五季負成長，是這次再下修的主因。
此外，若進一步檢視所有外資機構，目前對今年台灣經濟看法最悲觀為里昂證券，在今年二月初已經向下修正至負十一％；至於看壞程度排名第二和第三，是昨天才調降的瑞信證券與巴黎證券。
